This is not the application. It is a static file published to prove the content delivery path end to end: a request reaching CloudFront over a publicly trusted certificate, signed onward to a private S3 origin that blocks all public access, and answered.
The Blazor WebAssembly application replaces this file. If you are seeing this page and expected the app, the frontend build has not been deployed yet — the infrastructure underneath it is working.
